Ok... I cannot deny I am biased proposing Valencia for MozCation, as I live in Valencia. But if a city was not able to make me feel the sadness of my home country, Italy, maybe the reason is in its uniqueness. Valencia somehow summarize the qualities of Madrid and Barcelona, enriching them with its own personality.

Ok, I could start saying all the great things you can visit in Madrid, like the El Prado or the Reina Sofia museums, but I won’t.
Maybe I could tell you about its history, sculpted in contrasts. But I don’t want to be Wikipedia.
I could suggest Madrid for its food, and because Geraldine @everywhereist DeRuiter could finally discover that tasty paradise that is the Museo del Jamón. But I won’t.
In Barcelona
Barcelona, what an incredible MozCation it would be
Just few statistics:
- The 6th most populous urban area of Europe, and the most populous on the Mediterranean coast;
- The 4th most visited city of Europe, and one of most visited cities of the world;
- The 4th richer city of the Old Continent;
- Between the 20 most “livable city” of the world.
But cold statistics do not do justice to the charms of Barcelona.
In Valencia

It would be very easy for me to tell: ask Jennita why Valencia should be a city to include in the MozCation tour. But I will try to do my duties, and explain the best I can why Valencia is a city Roger would love to know in person.
Valencia is scientific craziness. It loves fireworks for their musicality, and it does not care to spend 100.000+ € in monuments that will burn in a night of fire.
